We believe in a world without poverty. Where people have the power to solve their own problems.
We are Taawun, a community of people who have two things in common; a passion to fight poverty, and the drive to do something about it.
Some of our people have the knowledge and ideas on how to make a real impact, while others have access to resources.
We believe that real sustainable change comes about when people are given the resources to build their own communities.
Ta'awun Trust Organization is an NGO which was established in 2018 with the core objective of providing providing charity to the poor, Ramadhan distribution of food across all counties including Nairobi, Garissa, Kericho, Murang'a, Kwale, Tana River e.t.c.
We provide free vocational training on short courses such as Computer, Tailoring, Henna, Electrical Engineering, Arabic and Quran classes.
We also provide interest free loan to the poor to start up business; Enable them come out of poverty and enhance their standard of living. Ta’awun. Means solidarity for the good course

OUR BELIEF in Fighting poverty is a joint responsibility of the Government and civil society and equitable distribution of wealth in pre-requisite. Charity alone is not an answer to eradication of poverty. Solidarity with the poor is the way to go and providing credit/financial inclusion is a must all, we derived our inspirations from Islam but our services are for ALL
